I stayed 3 nights, and always stay here when we were at SG, close to the many shopping area, very convenient.

Always stay in Yotel. The most I love it is the bathroom 🩵

Check-in too long and check-out too fast.

My room AC is not functioning well. I feel warm, but I still can tolerate it.

This hotel seems old, but comfy.

I stayed here for 3 days during my visit to Singapore. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, close to various restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is not well-maintained. Starting from the hotel slippers that smelled terrible, to the bathroom tissue that also had an unpleasant odor. It was really frustrating. Not only that, the hotel room itself is too cramped, especially the bathroom. They forced a small bathtub into the space, which is unnecessary and only makes the bathroom feel even more cramped. Moreover, they don’t provide mineral water. Instead, they only provide empty bottles that we have to fill with tap water to drink, which is absolutely inappropriate for a five-star hotel standard. Additionally, the hotel staff is not very friendly; only a few of them are welcoming and smile, while the rest are rude and unfriendly. The only thing I enjoyed during my stay here was the breakfast. Almost all the food tasted good, and the menu was quite varied.

everything is excellent and good. just a little bit far from MRT station

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Hopefully, I can come back and stay here again another time!
